Terms & Conditions
Natural Variation
- Engineered hardwood is a natural wood product. Variations in colour, grain, and texture are inherent and not considered defects. Customers are strongly advised to inspect an open box at our warehouse or request open-box photos prior to purchase.
Inspection & Installation
- All materials must be inspected prior to installation. Any manufacturing defect identified before installation will be replaced. No claims will be accepted for appearance-related or non-quality-related issues once material has been installed. Installation constitutes acceptance.
Site & Installation Conditions
- Proper installation, including subfloor condition, moisture control, acclimation, and job-site environment, is the responsibility of the customer and/or installer. We are not responsible for issues arising from improper installation or site conditions.
Quantity Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for ordering sufficient material, including appropriate waste allowance. Additional quantities of the same product or batch cannot be guaranteed.
Returns
- Returns are accepted only for unused products in resellable condition and must be returned to our warehouse at the customer’s expense. Returns of more than five (5) boxes may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%.
These same Terms and Conditions are incorporated into and form part of every Sales Order and Invoice issued by us. By confirming a Sales Order and/or purchasing products from us, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We will support each client in good faith, provided that any requests or requirements are reasonable and consistent with generally accepted industry standards.
